Who we are

Our website address is https://www.truephers.com. The first party is the company whose name is TRUEPHERS and the other parties are the students who enrolled for online/ offline training courses or a client who has our services.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Online Training

For Online training, the student has to fill his/her details in an online form here. The details are all kept private and would not share with any third party without the student’s permission or concerned. The ID proof and address proof uploaded to www.truephers.com or sent to the [email protected] are only for verification purposes and would not be shared with anyone. The company holds the right to use students’ photographs and handwritten feedback or online feedback forms for any kind of companies own promotions and advertisements including all on the companies own website. If a student for any reason can not continue his/her training and will remain absent during the training sessions without intimating the course instructor for 10 days continuously, then his/her name will get suspended for future pieces of training unless get registered and paid a fee for future batch all in advanced.

Students are not allowed to record or film the online classes delivered by Truephers instructors and trainers. Students are not allowed not publicly and socially share the course material including course PPT and video files. If found guilty, the student will get suspended and the fee already paid will not get refunded. The company can sue the culprit to the jurisdiction that comes under Mohali, Punjab, India.

Offline Training

Students are required to submit a self-attested photocopy of their ID proof and address proof before the commencement of the training classes. Students also have to submit two passport size photo before the commencement of training classes. The company holds the right to use students’ photographs and handwritten feedback or online feedback forms for any kind of companies promotions and advertisements including all on the companies own website. If a student for any reason can not continue his/her training and will remain absent during the training sessions without intimating the course instructor for 10 days continuously, then his/her name will get suspended for future pieces of training unless get registered and paid a fee for future batch all in advanced.

For how long we store students/clients’ data.

The data will remain on our company servers till we need it. That could be for an indefinite time. Students/ Clients can not have any right to make them delete by any means. The security of data shared is our companies utmost priority.

Refund Policy

Registration fees once paid can not be returned or transferred. The company holds the right to take any decisions at the time of conflict.

Students have to pay their fees in two installments. The first installment should be due on the first day of the commencement of the class. The second installment will due at the starting of the second month from the commencement of the course. The students would get intimate by a phone call or SMS for the payment of installment.

There would be a fine of INR 100 for each day passed from the due date of the installment. And the student will not be allowed to enter or attend the class (online/offline) if the installment not paid within 7 days after the due date had passed.

Online Training

For online courses and digital products that we sell via TRUEPHERS online library, are not eligible for any kind of refund, because of the nature of the product.

Pause and Resumption of Course

The student can pause his/her course by submitting his/her valid reason for pausing the course. As in the online/offline instructor-led course, if absent for two days to one week without intimation there would be a compensation charge of INR 1000 and if paused the course for more than one week there would be a compensation charge of INR 3000 for the resumption of course.

Misbehave/ Theft/ Mischief

If a student will be involved in any kind of misbehave with the employees of the company, got caught in any case of theft, and involved in kind of mischief then the company holds the right to blacklist his entrance to the company premises without returning any already paid fee.

Analytics

We are using an analytics program from Google Inc. All data collected by them comes under their privacy policies. We are not responsible for any data mishandling related to this. Please refer to the privacy policies of Google Analytics for this.

Who we share your data with

We would not share your data with any third party or company in any case. The exemptions are if our database got hacked or stolen by any employees, students, or outsiders. We are committed to the highest privacy of our students and clients possible.

All disputes will get entertained at the jurisdiction of Mohali, Punjab, India.
